Distance Learning Hub by the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Perth & Kinross SCIO
A 12-week course designed and provided by Perth and Kinross DofE Association SCIO suitable for the Bronze, Silver or Gold sectional certificate.
The course will provide activities in a variety of Fitness Challenges to improve your physical and mental capacity. Each week you can follow along a video for the exercises.
