Outdoor Cooking
Food in the outdoors often tastes so much better than at home! Perhaps after a day’s activity we are eager to eat and relax and our hunger helps us appreciate the food more. Or perhaps the presence of nature, and appreciating the simpler things in life, helps us enjoy, and be thankful, for each mouthful. This module offers a selection of outdoor recipes for you to try - PLUS a memorable story of when the recipe has been used!

TESTIMONIALS

What Our Students Say

Harry made a trail mix this evening. Harry chose a mix of nuts/dried fruit/choc chips. He mixer it together in a pot.  Harry really likes the mix and discovered dried cranberries, which he really liked. He is going to make some for his expedition and put them in small sandwich bags to snack on.
