TESTIMONIALS

What Our Students Say

The soup tasted nice, I added oregano and parsley to the recipe, as recommended. Mum and Dad enjoyed it too. Mum added extra pepper (she does like a lot) and Dad joked there wasn’t enough! I found the hygiene and safety information a useful reminder. I’m looking forward to making more recipes.”

Holly

Holly is currently completing the Cookery Module for her Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

We constantly try to improve our modules on the Distance Learning Hub to provide you with the best learning experience possible. If you have a couple of minutes, we would really appreciate some feedback on this module!
