The nature group for wellbeing is designed for young people ages 12-16, offering a safe and supportive space where they can connect with nature to promote positive emotional and mental wellbeing. 🌳

Through guided outdoor activities such as campfire cooking, mindfulness walks, nature-based crafts, and ecological exploration, participants will build resilience, manage stress, and develop coping skills. The program fosters a sense of belonging, encourages teamwork, and helps young people experience the calming and restorative effects of spending time in nature. 💚
