And welcome to this month’s newsletter.

Listen to the transcript

The free modules from our Distance Learning Hub offer a fantastic opportunity for you to stay engaged and active during the sunny months. Two modules that we would like to show you this month are Ultimate Frisbee and Countryside Treasure Hunt.

Enroll for the modules and pick any of the activities you are interested in. Playing frisbee in your local park or your garden is a great outdoor activity for the summer months! You can go on exciting treasure hunts with your friends or family, using our different guides from the module.

Lastly, in Autumn we have new Starfish Way groups starting. If you have not yet heard of the Starfish Way or are keen to join, scroll down for more information.

We hope you enjoy this newsletter and your summer. If you like to see a specific topic or you have ideas what we should include in our newsletters, *************@****fe.com?subject=Newsletter%20Ideas” data-linkindex=”1″>let us know.
