Music releases dopamine, which is a feel-good chemical in your brain. This indicates a strong link between music and well-being.
 
So today (and every day), take a little time to listen to your favourite tunes – if on the way to school, college or work. Or simply at home lying in bed or dancing to the rhythm.
This week is #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and throughout the week we will be sharing ideas, tips and resources how to support your mental health.
 
Please do reach out to your parents, friends, us or a health professional if you struggle. We are all here for you anytime, even if you think it’s not that bad.
