Shinrin-Yoku is a mindfulness practice originated in Japan, but can be applied all over the world. The only thing you need is a forest or a small area of trees.

The practice is simple. Follow the 6 step guide to Forest Bathing by Erin Niimi Longhurst, the author of “Japonisme”.
