We all know how important being outside and being surrounded by nature can be, especially when the benefits that we receive from exploring green spaces can have such a positive impact on our overall health and wellbeing.
There is a book called Rewild Yourself by Simon Barnes which features 23 incredible ways to make nature more visible and these challenges have been designed to:
“Bring you closer to the nature that exists all around you, you can always be where the wild things are. These days non human life always seems to be just over the horizon – but with the smallest alteration this can change.”
