The open group took an extended visit to help support volunteer activities in the aviary at Auchingarrich wildlife centre in Comrie. The group spent several hours, sweeping, brushing away bird poo, clearing rubbish and debris, sorting broken tiles and doing some painting in the aviary, which the centre are hoping eventually will be a walkaround experience for visitors. The group worked really well as a team and really grafted away. We were lucky enough to get some time to look at the animals too and enjoyed a lovely lunch in the café. Thank you Auchingarrich for facilitating our visit.
